About GraceTranslate
Every word, understood in every language
We build real-time voice translation for churches, because the Gospel is too important for language to be a barrier. A speaker talks normally, listeners scan a QR code, and the message reaches every person in the room in their own language.
Why we built GraceTranslate
We started GraceTranslate with one conviction: the Gospel is too important for language to be a barrier. When someone walks through your doors, the message they came to hear should reach them in the words they think and pray in, not just the words on the screen.
Our mission is simple to say and hard to do well. We want every word spoken from your platform to be understandable in every language in the room. A pastor preaches normally. A visitor scans a QR code, picks their language, and follows along with live captions and a natural voice, just a few seconds behind. No headsets to hand out, no interpreter booth to staff, no one left guessing.
That is the work: making understanding the default, so that belonging is not something a person has to earn by already speaking the language of the congregation.
What we stand for
The values behind the product
These are not slogans. They are the questions we ask before we ship anything.
Belonging
Nobody should sit through a service half-understanding. We build so the newcomer, the guest worker, and the grandparent all hear the same message in their own language, at the same time.
Excellence
Translation in church is not a gimmick. It carries Scripture, prayer, and teaching, so it has to be accurate, clear, and natural. We sweat the words because the words matter.
Stewardship
We honor the church budget. Billing is by language-hour, so you pay for what you actually use, not for empty seats or languages no one selected. Good tools should respect a ministry's limited resources.
Privacy
What is said in your sanctuary belongs to your church. We treat your audio, transcripts, and congregation's data with care, and we are clear about how everything works.
Where we are today
Builders who treat churches as partners
We are a small team of builders, and we think of the churches we serve as partners, not accounts. The best ideas in GraceTranslate did not come from a roadmap meeting. They came from a pastor telling us what broke on a Sunday morning, an AV volunteer describing what they need at 8am before doors open, and an admin asking for a simpler way to explain the bill.
So we stay close. We answer the messages, we watch real services, and we ship the things that make the next Sunday a little smoother. When your service goes well and a visitor hears the message clearly for the first time, that is the whole point, and it is what keeps us building.
Let's help your church be understood
New churches that get in touch receive $200 in free credit. Try a live service, or tell us what your congregation needs and we will help you set it up.
