Reporting an issue and staying informed
If something is not working during a service, the fastest path to help is to contact us directly. Tell us your church name, the language or languages affected, and roughly when the trouble started. The more detail you can share (which device, which browser, what you saw on screen), the faster we can pinpoint and fix it.
We post updates here as we work through any incident, from the first acknowledgment to the all-clear. If you would like to be notified the moment something changes, reach out and ask to be added to our status notifications. We will email you when an incident is opened and again when it is resolved.
Most issues a service team runs into are quick to sort out. If you are mid-service and need a hand right away, our help center covers the common questions, and our team is glad to step in.
