Pricing that fits how your church actually meets

Pay for what your congregation uses, measured in simple language-hours. Pick a plan that matches your weekly schedule, and let listeners turn on any of 90 languages on their own phones.

What a language-hour means, in plain words

Billing is simple: one language-hour is one language interpreted for one hour. You only pay for the languages people actually choose, for the time they actually listen.

Here is an example. Say your Sunday service runs one hour. During that hour, three people open the app: one picks Spanish, one picks Ukrainian, and one picks Korean. That is three languages running for one hour, so three language-hours. If a fourth person also picks Spanish, it still counts once, because Spanish is already being interpreted.

Your operator only sets the source language (the language the speaker is using). Everything else is listener-driven, so you are never paying for languages nobody requested.

  • One language, one hour, equals one language-hour.
  • Extra listeners on a language already running do not add cost.
  • Unused languages cost nothing, because they are never turned on.

Pricing questions, answered

What exactly is a language-hour?
A language-hour is one language interpreted for one hour. If two languages run for one hour, that is two language-hours. Adding more listeners to a language that is already running does not increase the count, so you only pay once per language per hour.
Do unused hours roll over?
Included hours are part of your monthly plan and refresh each billing cycle, so they do not carry over month to month. If you go past your included hours, you simply pay the per-hour overage rate for your plan ($19.99 on Starter, $17.99 on Growth, $15.99 on Network).
Can we change plans later?
Yes. You can move up or down as your needs change, whether you are adding a midweek service, preparing for a big multilingual event, or scaling back for a quieter season. If you are unsure which plan fits, contact us and we will help you choose.
Is there a free trial?
New churches that get in touch receive $200 in free credit, which works like a trial: enough to run real services and experience live captions and voice before committing. Reach out and we will get your account set up.
